Opened in April 2021, the Ballarat GovHub houses up to 1000 Victorian Government employees, including up to 600 public sector positions relocated from Melbourne. This development was a joint venture between Kane Constructions and Nicholson Construction for Development Victoria.

Landscape Plus delivered architectural concreting, paving, in situ concrete walls and seating, landscaping and street furniture for this development. Construction commenced on site in October 2020 and was completed in June 2021.

Working on a regional project presents its challenges, however Landscape Plus self-performed all aspects of this project, giving us much better control over the programme, and the ability to deliver what our client needed to a high standard with minimal defects.
