M3 Melbourne is NEXTDC’s latest hyperscale technology campus. Situated in West Footscray, the site spans 100,000 square metres and is being developed into a 100MW data centre and technology campus.

NEXTDC was Landscape Plus’ first project for Kapitol Group. The soft landscaping package included earthworks, irrigation, imported topsoil, planting, paving and concrete footings to the carpark and entry areas of the brand new data centre.

Landscape Plus delivered the project in August 2022 and will continue to maintain the facility ongoing.
