Outside Ideas completed Stage 1 of West Side Place in the Melbourne CBD for Far East Consortium.
The project duration was just over two years; significantly delayed after the builder collapsed. Fortunately, Outside Ideas was able to work directly for the developer to complete the contracted works.
Outside Ideas delivered civil and landscaping works to the perimeter of the building, paving to the central laneway, and landscaping to levels 7 and 11. The landscaping component included the installation of steel planters, stone paving and mature trees across multiple levels all the way up to the 64th floor.
