Over a tight 16-week construction program from May to August 2024, Landscape Plus delivered the hard and soft landscaping packages to 25,000 square metres of space to complete the Keon Parade Level Crossing Removal project for John Holland and the North Western Program Alliance. In order to achieve the tight program, additional site management was committed for the duration of the project, and extra staff were allocated on site to meet the accelerated deadline.

The offering from Landscape Plus at Keon Parade LXRP also included a plan to incorporate more social enterprise hours than we have ever promised on a single project. Our soft landscaping partner YMCA ReBuild was engaged, along with A2B Labour and Sheforce, creating an opportunity for their employees to work closely with our site team whilst delivering the landscaping works. The scope included 45,000 plants and trees, as well as 7,500 square metres of concrete pavement, in situ concrete walls, and precast furniture.
