Landscape Plus is delivering the landscaping packages to the ground floor and podium areas at Sky Square for Icon Construction. This is a mixed-use development in the heart of Box Hill featuring two residential towers, a food precinct, community areas and podium areas.

Landscape Plus is completing the softscape works, synthetic turf, decking, furniture, and GRC planter box install to five levels, plus insitu concrete walls, streetscape works and pavements on the ground level. This project is another great example of Landscape Plus’ experience and capabilities in delivering landscaping works to high profile, mixed-use developments for Tier 1 builders.

Landscape Plus has completed the hard and soft landscaping package as part of the level crossing removal project at Diggers Rest for McConnell Dowell. Working over an area of 20,000 square metres,

the Landscape Plus team completed extensive planting of trees and plants, turf and hydroseeding works, jute matting swale works, root barrier installation, habitat locks and feature rock installation, and street furniture. The scope also included 750 square metres of exposed aggregate concrete pavement and tactile paving.

The project was handed over in stages to integrate with McConnell Dowell’s construction program and involved both a road and a rail occupation. Diggers Rest is the seventh level crossing removal project delivered by Landscape Plus and another great opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities in hard and soft landscaping.

Landscape Plus is proud to have contributed to the delivery of The Market Pavilion and One Middle Road at Chadstone Shopping Centre for John Holland as part of the Centre’s new fresh food upgrade. Our scope included both hard and soft landscaping, vehicle mitigation planter walls to the Eastern entrance, blockwork walls and soft landscaping to form the raised garden beds at the new office building on Level 1, plus irrigation and custom furniture in all areas.

Daniel is an experienced Leading Hand and one of the most knowledgeable landscapers in our business. He has been responsible for training and mentoring many of our apprentices and regularly steps up to run projects in the absence of a Site Manager.

Daniel has been a super reliable member of the Landscape Plus team over the past decade, and is just a bloody nice guy to work with.
