From November 2023 to June 2024, Landscape Plus delivered landscaping works for Lendlease near their head office at the high profile Melbourne Quarter site on Collins Street in the CBD. The scope included detailed insitu concrete walls, bespoke furniture, detailed demolition of existing concrete elements, streetscape works, steel cladding to walls and planters, GRC planters, and handrails. This project was a good opportunity for Landscape Plus to demonstrate our capabilities in delivering complex projects on busy city sites.

The tight access on this site presented some challenges, as well as limitations on deliveries that had to be carefully managed to prevent any delays to our program. To ensure a smooth execution of every element of this project from start to finish, Landscape Plus undertook an extensive documentation review, and detailed planning and implementation of both procurement and logistics well ahead of schedule. On the back of the successful delivery of this initial stage, Landscape Plus is about to start works on the next stage of Melbourne Quarter, R2.
