Landscape Plus is proud to have contributed to the delivery of The Market Pavilion and One Middle Road at Chadstone Shopping Centre for John Holland as part of the Centre’s new fresh food upgrade. Our scope included both hard and soft landscaping, vehicle mitigation planter walls to the Eastern entrance, blockwork walls and soft landscaping to form the raised garden beds at the new office building on Level 1, plus irrigation and custom furniture in all areas.

Landscape Plus is proud to have contributed to the delivery of The Market Pavilion and One Middle Road at Chadstone Shopping Centre for John Holland as part of the Centre’s new fresh food upgrade. Congratulations to Daniel Atkin who is celebrating his 10 year anniversary at Landscape Plus this week.

Daniel is an experienced Leading Hand and one of the most knowledgeable landscapers in our business. He has been responsible for training and mentoring many of our apprentices and regularly steps up to run projects in the absence of a Site Manager.

Daniel has been a super reliable member of the Landscape Plus team over the past decade, and is just a bloody nice guy to work with.

Thank you Daniel for your hard work and service to the team.

Have a look at what Landscape Plus has been working on at Seafarers on the Yarra River for Icon Construction.

Following the successful delivery of East Pakenham Level Crossing Removal in June 2024, John Holland awarded Landscape Plus the Pakenham Corridor Level Crossing Removal project. The corridor landscaping creates key spaces beneath the viaduct, including a basketball court, children’s playground, and fitness node. This stage covers more than 60,000 square metres of landscaping: the equivalent to more than three MCGs in size. Landscape Plus has planted 180,000 plants and trees, as well as installing feature rock areas for drainage and architectural curved concrete seats that will be poured in situ. This project has given Landscape Plus the opportunity to continue our working relationship with key social enterprises, as well as offering our apprentices more than 3,000 hours of valuable experience on a major infrastructure site.
